The goal is to minimize the volume of restafval (which is often incinerated or sent to a landfill). By making people more aware of what truly belongs in restafval, the amount of waste can be reduced. “Twijfel” reinforces the idea that only waste that doesn’t fit into other categories should end up in the restafval bin.
